The 30th San Francisco International LGBT Film Festival

The San Francisco International LGBT Film Festival celebrates its 30th 
anniversary this year with Frameline30, 11 days of the best queer 
cinema from home and abroad. 

Cinematic stories of love, lust, friends, family, good deeds and bad 
behavior span countries and communities, revealing a stunning diversity 
of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender aesthetics and experiences.

Led by the Festival's Opening Night Film, Frameline30 will feature a 
diverse selection of films by and about women. 

Eleven years after opening Frameline's Festival with her runaway hit, 
The Incredibly True Adventures of Two Girls in Love, Maria Maggenti 
opens the Festival once again with her new romantic comedy Puccini for 
Beginners. Starring Elizabeth Reaser and Gretchen Mol, Puccini for 
Beginners is just one of many outstanding lesbian films featured at 
Frameline30.
