The Distillers are like my faaaavorite punk band ever, the lead singer is the ex-wife of the singer from Rancid. She sounds kind of like Courtney Love only WAY more pissed off. (Also, she made me gay.) I'll burn you a CD sometime if you're interested!

Luxt is a technopunk band from Sacramento...they recently split up, but i've never heard another band who sounds like them before, they're REALLY fucking cool. They're almost Industrial, except they rock out a little harder without those corny 80's drum beats.
