bleeding out of my hair
pouring out of my eyes
pain in waves
that only escalate
as it shakes my hands
blurs my thoughts
trying
violently
to crash
out of my skin
unsuccessfully

Today, I also have the big headache that won't die.

Hemorrhaging head
screechy wheels of the subway
from behind my squinting eyelids.
The world hurts,
light is nothing but refracted glass shards.
Ordinary tasks
sharpen into pixilated
porcupines, makes me dizzy with weight.
I want to land in a cool dark room,
make the scream fall backwards
reverse
into quiet
relaxed,
pain
evaporating.

Hey I tried the sick line yesterday and Daphne wasn't having it. You'd better get it together for tomorrow night or else you might be in big trouble.
