food journal

incendiaryfoodwhere I log my foods daily for six days. no censoring at all. i am realizing that i really like to write about food (see recent entries re sugar sandwiches and cheese) and so... here i start .enjoy. i will specify if things are organic, sweetened, not sweetened etc since that does effect the taste.
Sat 11/11
breakfast
3 cups of cafe mam mocha java roast coffee with cream and splenda
three organic eggs scrambled (fluffied with unsweetened soy milk, seasoned with sea salt, pepper and cayenne pepper)
three slices organic bacon
two teaspoons medium organic casa sanchez salsa (on top of eggs)
lunch
3 pollo asado tacos - ate filling not shell
cup of coffee w/ splenda & half & half
four diet cokes
dinner
1/4c raspberries
3 strawberries
some cubed organic sharp cheddar cheese
some chevre with chives
some chevre with pepper
salami
2 slices proscutto - esque meat
2 slices rich hard cheese (dunno what kind...)
1/2 c popcorn
some slices of red bell pepper w/ french onion dip
diet coke
post dinner
three glasses of water
so far...
