(no subject)

i am in an excellent mood. i feel like i need to tell you this because i am so often a combination of: sad, ill, depressed, frustrated, stressed out, neurotic, angsty, etc.

today is a GOOD day.

what happened? i not only powered through some writers block. i not only got to a happy place and am LOOKING FORWARD TO REVISION. i also feedbacked 20 more pages of a thingy for a pal. read carefully through and feedbacked another thingy. worked a teeny bit with rooster around feedback on her thingy. and took a shower this morning with grape scented shampoo and geranium scented soap. and then with the rhubarb cologne. touch me i smell like a frickin garden. bring it.

also i had some coffee. i pulled out my peacoat and my mittens and bundled up. i am wearing my pink stripey sweater. i looked at some links to pretty things that broke my heart open courtesy of [livejournal.com profile] final_girl like this http://www.slmetalworks.com/beds_a.html

soon i will have lunch. i don't know people i just feel like shining sunshine all over you today.
it is the happy making.

Yes, I feel like I want to go Snoopy dancing in the Financial District alleys in the nippy, nippy air, now.

P.S. totally off topic -- could you give me a nutshell description of your favorite shoe type? What makes a shoe a happy monkey shoe?

oopsie, that was me.

WHO ARE YOU?

ok what makes a shoe my favorite?
something unique, quirky, weird or even ugly about it.
like the shoes hold a little unexpected surprise or pulls in an old fashioned element that you don't expect to see anymore

comfort matters for what i wear on a daily basis - but not for what i buy or lust after

i still want the kitten heels with the silverware and diner scenes

i'm so happy you are happy!

p.s. that bed is to DIE for. i totally love it!

ditto!

i wonder what i'd put in the nest

[identity profile] roughandtumble.livejournal.com 2006-11-30 03:34 pm (UTC)(link)
well, i decided that i would put little mementos from me & whatever sweetie i had at the time there (cause in my fantasy where i could actually afford that type of bed, i'm all shacked up & stuff). you know, little things of not much consequence, except their emotional value.

but they might fall on your head if the bed is... you know... shaking

[identity profile] roughandtumble.livejournal.com 2006-11-30 04:19 pm (UTC)(link)
which it inevitably would be, knowing me. ;)

a simple layer of mesh from the fabric store would solve this problem, methinks.

p.s. i saw you the other day crossing the street at montgomery. i tried to get your attention, but i failed. but i sent love your way, in any case. 8)
