Campaign Coordinator, Online Advertising
Summary
Atom Entertainment, Inc., publisher of leading short film and games websites, AtomFilms.com, Shockwave.com and AddictingGames.com currently has an opening for a Campaign Coordinator who will be responsible for post-sale client services and supporting online ad sales and sponsorships. This position will report to the Director, Campaign & Sponsorship Management and is based in our Corporate Headquarters in San Francisco.
Responsibilities
o Learning the process and owning standard ad campaigns from point of sale on – including tracking of ad materials and supporting Campaign & Sponsorship Management team on all levels
o Distributing and tracking Insertion Orders
o Capturing and cataloguing screen shots of live campaigns & sponsorships
o Reporting weekly on standard client ad programs
o Maintaining team sales tools and reporting historical data and sales business trends
o Taking on new responsibilities to assist in the support of client management activities
Requirements
• BA/BS Degree
• 1-2 years total work experience
• Experience or exposure to client services/account management for an online publisher or interactive ad agency
• Motivated, eager to learn and grow in a changing environment
• Organized & detail oriented, able to multi-task & follow-through
• Basic computer skills and proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel & Power Point
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
• Self-starter
Additional Ideal Skills/Attributes
• Understanding of the online ad sales life cycle
• Exposure to online research tools/demographic information and/or an ad serving system
• Previous experience in online ad sales or interactive ad planning with an online publisher or ad agency
