fridays can be manic too
yesterday was a bed of roses. thorns and all.
lost my shit and completely read the board chair of my aids job in a restaurant and told him that if he couldn't respect the hard work that both of his staff people were putting in then he could do the retreat himself. (the catalyst being a comment from him that my hurt feelings weren't important after i asked him not to undermine my job). got validated and agreed with post meeting by my boss.
ate a fantastic dinner whipped up bu the sexy beast, shared amazing company and got my ass beat at milles borne by a virgin to the game. truly told my feelings and revelations about my own journey this week to a couple of people that i needed to be emotionally raw with, they gave it right back to me with their own brave walking the walk stories. yay for open hearts and laughing and crying with loving friends.

claudimp, nadinelet, final_girl, muy_macha and with lyricagent and colubra right behind us. still haven't officially met the colubra, but it will happen soon i am sure. :)
ran into some good film people there too. nice to smile and chat and hug without the pressure of a film festival about to start.
got home around 3:30. TIRED. up at 8am. gotta make the breakfast. decided to dye the hair. wahoo early morning chemicals. now my fingers are covered in starry nights.
