i figured it out

i feel sad.

not for anything in particular. just, sad. i am going to sit with it for awhile. see what the emotion has to say. i usually usher it out the door fast as i can with a cup of coffee and a cup of sugar. 'nice to see you, take care.' today i guess we'll hang out and have a conversation.
