Social media marketing- Intern Job Description
Jaman.com has an opportunity available for an internship. Working within our Marketing dept, you will be responsible for making sure Jaman.com builds a significant online presence via Web 2.0 media sites, the blogosphere and message boards.
The right person will be hard working, tenacious-but-balanced and have a good sense of humor. You will have one overall goal: Bring traffic to our site.
Qualified candidates will live and breathe Web 2.0, social networking sites, blogs, news and opinion.
Responsibilities:
• Developing and cultivating leads, building a solid pipeline of compelling bloggers, securing links from other sites/blogs.
· Assist in the development and implementation of marketing programs.
· Candidate will assist in brand-building activities through the use of popular online communities
• Will be responsible for maintaining the presence of Jaman in social networks
• Assist in promoting films which may have a viral presence
Qualifications:
• Computer Savvy
• Experience with online viral technology: email, blogs, wikis, etc.
• Active in at least one social network (MySpace, Facebook, etc).
• Expresses an interest in Guerilla Marketing efforts
